Jasleen Kaur is the Managing Director of the company. We create custom handmade resin art products exclusively on a made-to-order basis. We do not maintain any inventory of pre-made products. Every single item we sell is crafted from scratch based on the customer's individual requirements.

This is not a retail store with off-the-shelf products. It is a custom creative service where each order is unique.

2. Handmade Product Variations

Every product we create is made by hand using epoxy resin, pigments, and associated materials. The handmade nature of our work means that:

• No two pieces are identical. Even if you order the same design twice, the results will differ. This is inherent to handmade craft and cannot be controlled.
• Colour variations are natural. The way resin pigments mix, flow, and settle during curing is an organic process. Slight differences in colour tone, saturation, gradient, and distribution are expected.
• Pattern variations are expected. The flow of resin creates unique patterns every time it is poured. Swirls, waves, cells, and abstract forms will never be perfectly reproducible.
• Minor air bubbles may be present. While we take steps to minimize air bubbles through proper mixing and torching techniques, some tiny bubbles may remain. In many styles of resin art, small bubbles are considered a natural characteristic, not a flaw.
• Texture differences are normal. Surface texture may vary slightly across a piece or between pieces, depending on the technique, finish, and mould used.
• Slight dimensional variations may occur. Hand-poured pieces may have minor differences in thickness, edge profiles, or overall dimensions compared to specified measurements.

3. Colour Representation

Colours displayed on this website, in our social media posts, in gallery images, or in any reference photos shared during the inquiry process are approximate representations only.

Actual product colours may differ from what you see on screen due to:

• Each quotation is calculated specifically for the individual order based on product type, size, design complexity, materials, special inclusions, and finishing requirements.
• A quotation provided for one order cannot be used as a reference for, or applied to, a different order — even if the products appear similar. Subtle differences in size, technique, or materials can significantly affect pricing.
• Quotations are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated and are subject to change based on material costs and availability.
• We do not offer price matching with other sellers or studios, as handmade work varies greatly in quality, materials, and technique.

Production and delivery timelines communicated to you are estimates, not guarantees.

While we make every effort to meet the timelines we communicate, delays may occur due to:

• Curing requirements: Resin needs adequate time to cure between layers. Rushing this compromises the product's durability and appearance.
• Material availability: Specific pigments, moulds, or inclusion materials may occasionally be unavailable and require sourcing time.
• Weather conditions: Temperature and humidity significantly affect resin behaviour. Extreme weather can slow curing times or affect product quality, requiring additional production time.
• Order volume: If we have a high volume of orders, production may take longer than usual.
• Rework: If a piece doesn't pass quality inspection, we may need to start over to ensure you receive a product we're proud of.
• Shipping delays: Once the package leaves our studio, delivery depends on the courier partner's performance, which is beyond our control.
