Desi Resin Art is a custom handmade resin art brand owned and operated by Gora Brothers Private Limited (CIN: U63030RJ2020PTC068805, GSTIN: 08AAICG3022F1ZY). We create products exclusively on a made-to-order basis, meaning every item is designed and handcrafted based on the individual customer's requirements. We do not sell ready-made, pre-listed, or mass-produced items. All creative work is performed personally by Jasleen Kaur, Managing Director of Gora Brothers Private Limited.
To use our services and place an order, you must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
Our order process is as follows:
An order is not considered confirmed until all of the following conditions are met: (a) you have received a quotation, (b) you have explicitly approved the design, specifications, and price, and (c) payment terms have been fulfilled as agreed. No production begins before confirmation.
Custom pricing: All prices are determined on a per-order basis. There is no fixed price list because every product is custom-made with different requirements. Your quotation reflects the specific cost of your unique order based on product type, size, design complexity, materials, finishing, and any special inclusions.
Quotation validity: Unless otherwise stated, quotations are valid for 7 days from the date issued. After this period, prices may be subject to change due to material cost fluctuations or availability.
Payment methods: Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of quotation. These may include UPI, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed.
Payment terms: Payment terms are discussed and agreed upon before order confirmation. This may involve full payment upfront, a partial advance, or other arrangements depending on the order value and nature.
Taxes: All quoted prices include applicable taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.

By confirming your order, you acknowledge and accept the handmade nature of the product and the possibility of minor variations from reference images or expectations.
Production time varies depending on the complexity of your order. Simple items may take 3–5 working days; complex multi-layered pieces may take 2–3 weeks or longer. The estimated production timeline is communicated at the time of quotation.
Timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to curing requirements, material availability, weather conditions affecting resin behaviour, or unexpected production challenges. If a significant delay is anticipated, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Shipping is handled through third-party courier partners. We are responsible for packaging your product securely, but once the package is handed over to the courier, transit-related issues are subject to the courier's policies. We will assist you in resolving any delivery problems.

Your designs: Custom designs created specifically for your order remain your personal property. However, we reserve the right to photograph completed pieces and use those photographs in our portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials — unless you specifically request in writing that we do not use images of your order. Such requests must be made before production begins.
Customer-provided content: If you provide reference images, logos, text, or other content for inclusion in your product, you confirm that you have the right to use that content. We are not responsible for any intellectual property violations arising from customer-provided content.
