Within India: We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our courier partners. Major cities typically receive delivery within 5–7 business days after shipping. Smaller towns and remote areas may take 7–12 business days.
International shipping: International shipping is not available by default. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at workwithdesiresinart@gmail.com before ordering. We will assess whether international shipping is feasible for your location and provide a separate shipping cost estimate. International shipping costs and delivery times vary significantly based on the destination country.
Your total delivery timeline consists of two parts:
Total estimated time = Production time + Shipping time. For example, if production takes 7 days and shipping takes 6 days, your total wait time would be approximately 13 days from order confirmation.
These are estimates, not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier performance, weather, public holidays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, are included as part of your custom quotation. In some cases, shipping may be included in the product price — this will be clearly stated.

You will always know the shipping cost before confirming your order. There are no surprise shipping charges added after confirmation.
Resin art is delicate and requires careful handling. We take packaging extremely seriously:
Despite our best efforts, transit damage can occasionally occur due to rough handling by the courier. If this happens, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the claims process.
Once your order is shipped, we will share the following with you via email or WhatsApp:
You can use these details to monitor your package's status at any time. If you notice any issues with tracking (e.g., no updates for several days), please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
If the courier attempts delivery and you are not available:
Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address because wrong information was provided by you, we are not responsible for the loss. Re-shipping, if possible, will be at your expense.
If you realize there's an error in your shipping address after confirming, contact us immediately. If the package hasn't been shipped yet, we can update the address. Once shipped, address changes may or may not be possible depending on the courier's policies.
If your package tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, or if the package appears to be lost:
Lost package claims are handled on a case-by-case basis. We work with you to find a fair resolution.
